Dollar Point property care — peninsula lots, voluntary recreation POA

Dollar Point is listed on the contact page as its own community. It is a sloped peninsula next to Tahoe City, not a synonym for the office town. The Dollar Point Association manages recreation amenities for voluntary members. It is not a mandatory architectural-control body, and we will not copy Tahoe Donner CSO rules onto Observation Drive.

What is actually different here

Lots fall toward the lake. Wind hits more than one eave aspect. Stairs and decks take the fall-line. Winter checks fail on driveway pitch as often as on ice at the eave. Permits, when needed, are Placer and TRPA. DPA membership changes beach and recreation access; it does not create a fake paint committee or a 20% bare-metal roof rule. Treating this page as Tahoe City with a different H1 would erase the slope and the voluntary-POA fact.

Services in this place

Roof coordination is multi-aspect eaves plus steep staging. Stain splits lake-sun versus street shade without an invented association palette. Decks are downhill-rail safety first. Remodel coordination is Placer/TRPA on a peninsula. Winter is reach on ice. Handyman lists are close to town and still not “just Tahoe City” when the lot drops away.

Licensed-trade coordination — not a published service line

Plumbing and electrical are not published as Dollar Point service lines. Proximity to Tahoe City is not evidence of those trades. Referral coordination only after a look.
