Tahoe City property care — the home base, not a keyword

Tristan has lived and worked in Tahoe City since 1995. The public site treats Tahoe City as the office and as a listed service area. Pages here talk about west-shore wind, earlier plow access, and same-day looks — not a copied Truckee paragraph with the city name changed. Dollar Point is listed on its own contact-page line and has its own destination.

What is actually different here

Tahoe City jobs are shaped by lake-effect wind, ice at the eaves, and a municipal core that usually opens sooner than a Tahoe Donner cul-de-sac. Public reviews already describe same-day roof looks from town. Sunnyside and Homewood change driveway pitch and ladder access more than they change the company name; they are not separate contact-page listings the way Dollar Point is. West-shore stain work splits between a UV-cooked lake wall and a wet uphill wall. Winter calls are more often eave ice and interior stains than multi-month burial.

Services in this place

Highest-value work from this base is roof coordination after wind or ice, then stain and deck maintenance when the house opens, then remodel oversight when a leak or a sale punch list grows. Handyman lists are welcome; they are how those larger jobs get seen. Plumbing and electrical are not published as Tahoe City service lines until a job record exists.

Licensed-trade coordination — not a published service line

Plumbing and electrical stay held for Tahoe City. A homepage line about coordinating whatever the property needs is not enough to manufacture those landing pages. If a look finds a licensed-trade need, we coordinate a referral.
